Can't enter initial meter readings after moving house


Bulb recently sent me an email asking for initial meter readings at my new house. We switched to Bulb right after moving.

When I try to enter initial meter readings for my new house, I can’t do it. There is nowhere on my account dashboard to enter them.

My account is also still showing my old address. Can someone help with this?

Did you find a solution to this? I’m having the same problem having just moved house.

Hi @anthony6563 @Griff i have had a look and both of you should now be able to input your readings, can you let me know if this is not the case
