Can't enter meter reading

I’m trying to enter my gas meter reading, but it is lower than the ‘estimated’ reading made by bulb, so the value is ignored. Is anyone able to help me with this?

Same as mine too. I tried it last and this month. Can you please fix the issue?

It will have my electric reading but not the gas reading. There doesn’t seem to be any contact details for BULB
