Can't get access to my account

Hi, I have been trying to login to my account for meter submission. However, whenever I logged in, it shows that the only option for me is to go to the community. Does anyone have any solutions for this?

I can’t see that there is any issue with the login to your account. I have sent a password reset email, if you could follow the link and give this a try. If this doesn’t work, could you show me what happens when you click here: Bulb account
