Can't join because it thinks I'm on a prepayment meter?

The property used to be on a prepayment meter, but we got that changed over a month ago so we could switch to bulb, however we still cant switch as the signup says we’re on a prepayment meter! How do I get that changed??

Hi @nik_alm123 sometimes the energy industry databases can take a while to update. We can give them a nudge, though. If you email join@bulb.co.uk with your postcode and the first line of your address we’ll have a look into it right away. If it’s been a month then we should be able to get it cleared up very quickly.
