I can’t complete log-in because it says my email address is not recognised :’(
The email field is case sensitive, so you’ll need to use caps exactly as you did when you signed up. Maybe you capitalised some initials.
Today, I also have the problem with my email address not being found meaning i can not log in. It has always worked in the past so it must an issue with the Bulb systems.
