cant log into my account despite signing up on the 14th sept?

hi is there a reason why i cannot log into my account despite me getting a welcome message to say ive signed up n joined?

i keep getting “Couldn’t find your account. Please enter the address where you receive your Bulb account emails”

when i try to log in,altho it does show “sign out” option?
