Cant log to my account as i always been directed to the forum

Just moved in to new property and start with bulb last september… till this moment can not log in to my account details and always directed to the forum when i log in through bulb web site.
Any way to get back to me with an answer so i can act acordingly.

Having the same issue, it is quite unclear how to navigate the ‘community’. I want to submit meter readings but cannot seem to see anything other than the forum. Just bumping this post

Can you check the URL (address you are looking at) at the top of the browser.
If it is “” try editing it in place to remove the community so it is just “
That should get you back to the home page.
