Hi. I tried login to put meter readings. and i cant. there is strange error.
I had the same thing earlier, i have mot long left Bulb and i had noticed that my new supplier is now showing opening meter readings where before they weren’t so i had thought that the final bill was on the way, i am sure i had read that Bulb were quite fast in locking you out the account after leaving so had thought that was the case before i have got the final bill, so i fired off an email saying can’t access account but notice that i can now.
I did check here 1st earlier but never saw any posts about access problems so thought it was mine and down to me leaving.
