Can't see dashboard


I need to supply readings but it won’t let me see the dashboard. Im a new user to bulb who has fallen at the first hurdle.

Please help

How are you trying to access the dashboard? If it’s via a computer/phone on Bulb’s website, what happens when you go to ? Are you able to login? Which browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari) are you using on what sort of computer (Windows 10, Mac Os 10, other?)

If you are using the app, again where are you having problems and is it on an iPhone or Android device?
