Can't submit meter readings

I’ve just joined bulb and I’m trying to submit meter readings, but can’t see how. When I log into my account the only two options are “Go to Community” (which takes me here) or “Sign in as a different account” which takes me back to the sign in form.

Where am I meant to sumbit readings? I’ve received a few emails telling me how important it is that I do this now, but no help to do it! Given its the forst thing new customers do, you’d think it’d be straightforward!

I have the same problem and are now £800 in credit. Why is this not a simply process?

I saw in an email that you could send to but this didn’t make any difference when I did that last month!
