Can't submit my gas reading (elec OK)

Hi, I’ve been trying to submit my gas reading - at various times and on various devices - but when I click Submit on the gas account, I get the ‘processing circle’ and then nothing happens. Could you advise? My gas account moved over later than my electricity account, so perhaps it’s something to do with the status of the account?

I found the source of the problem for you and from tomorrow you will be able to enter your reads online and it shouldn’t ignore your submissions.
