Can't submit readings this month

Very weird - i am trying to submit readings, but my electricity is reversed.

My bill is correct night starts with 0 and day is higher starting with a 1 - but on the reading page it shows last months day and night in the wrong order, so I can’t actually enter it (tells me lower than last month).

What to do?

I had the same problem the page does give you the option to submit anyway.

Hi @darren8792 I can see there is some confusion over which is your day and which is your night reading. I have fixed the issue now so the correct readings are on the correct registers.

If you try again, it should now allow you to enter your readings.

@sean8607 As for your account, it all seems to be OK. I can’t see that the readings were mixed up. Are you still having this issue?

Thanks, that is working. I did submit them anyway, but when I open the submit page again I can see last month’s readings appeas in the right place.

Hi Darren, they might take a short while to become visible on your MyBulb, but they are definitely in the system. Owen
