Card details not saving

I’m on payg and I’ve just topped up for the second time on the app,but it wont save my payment card details…I’ve asked it to save but it just keeps asking for them again…can anyone help with this .

You should be able to save your details on your online account. When you top up the meters it will ask you to add your card details you should then be able to save them.

If this doesn’t work please let us know.
