How can I change my monthly fixed payment?

On the website, if you sign in (top right hand corner) to your main Bulb account (or go to ) and click ‘Payments and Statements’, you’ll be able to modify the monthly payment amount - the website will make a suggestion, but feel free to treat it with a pinch of salt (it’s suggesting I raise mine as it isn’t taking into account the credit I’ve built up).

It doesn’t look possible to do this in the mobile phone app at the moment (at least not on Android, I don’t know about iOS).

Hi @Pressgang, @RichyB is exactly right - though if you are having any issues with changing this let us know and we’ll update it for you. I’d advise an email to or giving us a ring on 0300 303 0635 if you haven’t been able to amend your payments.
