Just signed up for Bulb. After that, I called my bank to see why some earlier online payments with my account did not go through, and they told me that online debit payments are not allowed with my type of card. However, they did tell me that direct debit is possible, but that for direct debit I need to provide you with the sort code. Since I did not do that with signing up - can I use direct debit with you in this way?
