How do I change my monthly direct debit amount?

Go to change my payment details on your account page.

I just see this…

You will be able to change your monthly payment amounts and payment date after the switch is complete.

I presume from the above you have just recently switched in which case you may have to wait until the switch is complete which can take up to 6 weeks. Your monthly payments would however be based on your historical usage.

My switch completed yesterday. So maybe I can change the payment soon?

@Nick69g, if your switch completed yesterday, that page should now allow you to change the monthly payment amount.

@Nick69g I was going to look into this for you, but your Community’s email address seems to be different from your Bulb Account email address, so I’m having trouble finding your account. Please DM us your name, address, and postcode and I’ll take a deeper look into what’s going on.
