I’ve recenty changed my debit card, how do I get it you guys? Also I’ve never had a bill since joining in July, so I’ve no idea if what I’m paying is enough.
Hi @BertHope137 To change your payment card, click on payment details on your MyBulb page and you can change it there.
Regarding your bills, looking at your account, I can see there was an error in generating your last few bills, sorry for not catching that. I have sent you an updated statement (you’ll receive another for December in a few days). If you have any questions about your statement, get in touch.
