Change of bank accout help

Hi. Im told I can only change my bank account for payment on the phone. But can’t get through. Can anyone from Bulb help please?


I’m not from Bulb, but you should be able to update your direct debit details via your Bulb account. Go to and click “Sign in” at the top right: login and then select “Account Settings” and then “Edit Payment Settings” and at the bottom click “Change payment method” and that should allow you to setup a new direct debit.
