My meter has been changed, but when I try to provide my readings the old meter numbrr is all that’s showing. How do I update, or do I need Bulb to do that?
Hi! It’s something we need to do. The metering team who changed the meter will send over the details of your new meter and we will update your records. It can take a few weeks for them to send this through.
