I have searched the Bulb website unsuccessfully for instructions on how to switch from direct debit to variable direct debit. Can anyone enlighten me please?
I have set you on to a variable direct debit now. Going forward we will take a direct debit for the exact amount that is on your bill.

Although my latest bill says that you will take the actual amount owing this month (£6.32) your accounts department has gone ahead and taken the amount of £39.38 from my account which is the monthly amount I was paying before switching to Variable Direct Debit. My bank had taken back this amount but clearly your accounts department has not properly registered the fact that I I am now on VDD. Can you please sort this out for me.
