Can I clarify how will I get my closing statement- and any payment/refund based on final metre readings

Your new supplier will forward the meter readings which you gave them when you switched onto Bulb after verification by a third party. You don’t have to give Bulb your meter readings. You should then get your final bill and any credit/debit due within six weeks.
