Changed my password but it will not let me log in

Hi. I’ve tried changing my password several times after being refused access. I manage to get it to successfully send me an email filled several times by successful acceptance of a new password for me. But it never let’s me login. Constantly refusing any new password that I may use. Any ideas? Thanks Brian

Same here. I don’t think it’s a wrong password issue. It’s just simply not letting you (or myself) get through authentication.
Each time we put our credentials in to my.bulb it returns us to the login page.

Any help would be appreciated.

@brian140 @sam3245 I’ve just sent an email to you which contains a link that will allow you to directly access your MyBulb account. Once you are in, please change your password in the ‘View account and tariff info’ section of MyBulb.
