Changed suppliers

Hi I have just had an email state in that I am now with Scottish power.I don’t and didn’t authorize this.Ive emailed Bulb.I think I have lost my £140 now due to WHO EVER decided to take me away from Bulb.

I would also telephone Bulb to get this quickly sorted out for you. I wouldn’t think for one minute that you will be penalised regarding the Warm House Discount if this switch to Scottish Power wasn’t authorised by you.

It looks like you gas has switched over to Scottish Power by mistake, don’t worry, we can easily get it back and you won’t lose out on your Warm Home Discount.
