I’ve had a message on my account login page to say I’m paying too much and I should be paying less and I should adjust the direct debit. But I can’t adjust the direct debit, that needs to be done at the Bulb end, so will my monthly direct debit be automatically adjusted to the lower rate or will I need to claim a refund at a later date?
Hi! This sounds a bit odd. You should be able to change the amount of your direct debit here: https://account.bulb.co.uk/dashboard/payments-and-statements/payment-settings
