Hello I changed my bank details in my bulb account and 82 pounds need to go out of my account on 3rd every month but they still not out. Can you tell me if something is wrong. Thanks
Hey @angelralchev - we got your new debit card details from you on 6 July. That card is now active and we’re due to take the next payment on 3 August.
Would you like us to take another payment in the meantime to make up for the one that didn’t go through on 3 July?
