I have just paid my first bulb bill of around £73, opening the option of changing payment amount and date.
I have changed the amount from £73 to £90 a month and the date from the 14th to the second of each month.
It now says my next bill will be January 2020, is this an error I need to contact them about? Or is it due to them crediting my £80 leaving fee and transfer fee to my account?
Sorry new to this company so not sure how it works yet.
