Changing direct debit amount skipping a payment month

I have just paid my first bulb bill of around £73, opening the option of changing payment amount and date.

I have changed the amount from £73 to £90 a month and the date from the 14th to the second of each month.

It now says my next bill will be January 2020, is this an error I need to contact them about? Or is it due to them crediting my £80 leaving fee and transfer fee to my account?

Sorry new to this company so not sure how it works yet.

Can i ask you how did you do your payment cause i am also new to this and i set up direct debit and i still got there emails that they have iisue with my bank not allowing them to process the transaction. And i hot no idea how to acess my acount and see my bills … next payment … etc
