Changing Direct Debit amount

I’m trying to change my direct debit amount, but each time I get an error. This has been happening all month.

Any ideas?

I’m not sure. I’ve changed mine twice already since joining.

It just says we’re having a problem processing your request.

@JamieC It looks like you were successful in changing this payment amount as it will be increased from the start of next month.

My bill has increased by triple the amount in the last few months. And I don’t actually know how much I owe. And they are automatically increasing direct debits without notice

If you chat to bulb they will let you know your usage
