changing final day

hello, I asked to have the account closed on the 5th May but I know need to extend it until the 17th May. Can you help?
Plus I need to open a new account from the 1st May: do I have to set up a brand new account or can I just add a new address to this actual account?

Hi Michela, I have extended your final day to be 17th May. Just let us know your final reads on that date and we will close off your account. With the new property, it’s the same 21 day switch process as before - you can get the switch going as soon as you’re responsible for the property, by heading to our website: https://join.bulb.co.uk/join/quote.
