Hi, I need to install a second boiler in our property. Our gas fitter tells me that it exceeds our total kw/h exceeds our current meter but the service to the property is fine. Is it possible to change my meter type with bulb?
Hey @Docmartyn! We can upgrade your meter, absolutely. We need to firstly confirm that your pipework doesn’t need upgrading? We can then arrange a capacity test by the local network operator, which checks if a larger meter can be installed without overloading the local gas infrastructure.
