Changing from prepay to monthly

How do I change from prepay metre to monthly plan.

If you are a newly switched member that has been with us for under 2 months, a soft credit check will be carried out first. This does not affect your credit score, but is more so to analyse your top up history. After this check has been passed, we are able to proceed with getting a smart credit meter appointment booked in for you.
