Last month you write to me to recommend my monthly payments be reduced from £180 per month to £113. I believed I had made the changes by updating my account but nothing has happened and you are about to take £180 within two days. Please advise how I change the amount on the direct debit. Thank you
@Allypally29 It doesn’t look there have been any requests to reduced your payment amount through looking at your account in the system.
