Changing my monthly payment

Why will the App not allow me to change monthly payment - have tried 6 times over last few days, but coming up with an error message?

I’m sorry your first post has been raising this issue. What I’m going to do is drop you an email to get your payments changed and a bit more info on the error. I’ll make sure it’s raised with our software engineers. Just keep an eye on your inbox.
