How do I change payments. When I go on the payment section it just brings up a block to download my statement. Nothing to change the amount I pay.

Hi @Bellag1933 , if you sign in to your Bulb account and go to “Payments & statements”, you can change the payment amount and date under “payment settings” :).
I’m trying to do the same. I’m using a mobile (Android) app and can’t see any way to change it there, and if I go to the website version on the browser it directs me back to the app as soon as I hit login and try to look at my account. You need a way to visit the website on a phone.
I did it on my works computer in the end.
It’s a bit stupid not being able to do it on the app.
