Changing PrePay Card Meter to Smart meter

Hi I have a complaint. I have been a member now for over 3 years and ever since I have moved in to my rental accommodation I requested my prepay gas meter be replaced by a smart meter. I have had the electricity meter replaced with a smart meter. This is approved by my landlord and despite attempting to book both online and via telephone, nothing has been done. Asa result I am paying more for my gas then I should be and I want to have a smart meter (not prepay) installed. Can this be arranged?

I can see that we installed an electric smart meter in August 2020, was there a reason why the gas meter wasn’t exchanged? Perhaps due to a piping issue or problem with the area that the meter is in?

If so, we would need a report showing this has been fixed before we are able to install a gas meter. If not, I can request this job be completed for you.
