Changing supplier

I contacted a new supplier to take over my account and they said there was an issue from bulbs end about taking over the account. Can you explain what that issue was that stopped the transfer. Thanks.

Theres no contract with Bulb so check your payments are up to date.

@Dom_77 From our end it doesn’t look like another supplier has tried to take on your supply. I would probably ask them to try and take over the supply again.
