charge twice

Hi . I have a problem in my account becouse you charge me twice for the same time. Firs statment i have 7th of august and that wos from 1st of june. And now i have again from 1st of june until now. Whats wrong?? Thanks

Most likely is that Bulb have new meter readings since 7 August and have reissued the most recent bill based on these figures. There was a similar discussion a couple of hours ago on this forum and the outcome is that you should find you haven’t been double charged since the new bill should show a refund of money for the bill sent on 7 August.
