Charged by previous supplier

The bulb website says they deal with my previous energy supplier to transfer; however, I’ve just received a bill from them for the last month (so been charted twice). What should I do?

You haven’t been charged twice. Don’t confuse your monthly payment with “the bill”.

What’s happened is that your previous supplier have taken your monthly payment and credited it to your account as normal, because your account with them hasn’t officially closed yet. Fear not, this just means you have more credit on your account waiting to be refunded.
