Charged twice for August

For statement 5 September you have charged us for the dates ranging from 2 August to 3 September.

Then for statement 3 October statement you have charged us from 2 August to 3 October.

You have charged us twice for August!!!

Lucky my son who works in accounts noticed straight away you are trying to charge me twice for August.

Others having rather high amounts this months should also check their statements.

On the 3rd October statement, there isn’t a credit entry reversing the previous bill?

Hi @Merle, I’ve taken an account at your account, and I can see that you were credited back for your August statement, before a consolidated statement was issued for a two-month period. This means that you were not charged twice for any of your usage, so no need to worry there.
