Charged wrong amount and no access to statements

I was given an email saying my bill was ninety something, was charges 68 and I cannot access my account. Apparently someone is looking into it but it has been to long. I can log in but have no access to anything and really need to see my statements as I’m getting charged differently to what my emails are saying and I currently do not have access to my own direct debit which is not okay.
