Closed account

Hi,
I have closed my account in a property I was a tenant in. One of the tenants that remained in the property has told me they have been unable to set up a new account in their name because “the property is already registered”. Can you help?

Hi there @swl333 if they try to go through our normal switch website it won’t quite work as we’re already supplying the property from when you were there. The easiest way for them to set up an account with us would be for them to fill in the form over at http://bulb.co.uk/move-in, though they’d also be more than welcome to give us a ring on 0300 30 30 635 from 9:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday and do it over the phone
