closing bill from previous supplier

Hi, I switched from solarplicity in october and Bulb took over on 16th Nov. I have not had a closing bill and solarplicity are still taking the direct debit. They say that Bulb have not supplied them with my meter reading. I don’t want to be paying twice, what should I do?
