Collecting money owed from previous supplier

My original supplier, One Select, went bust. Its clients were transferred to Together Energy.
So too was the cash acumulated in my One Select account as a result of automatic payments.

I recently moved from Together Energy to Bulb.
Can I assume that the cash in my Together Energy account will follow automatically?
