Compensation for gas outage

Around July 2018 there was major works carried out by CADENT in Deanshanger MK19 resulting in up to 48hrs with no gas. The residents received letters stating that compensation will be paid to ‘your supplier’ and refunded to the customer. Bulb have no record of this and other residents have been reimbursed already by other energy companies. Where’s my money???

Just a suggestion have you asked CADENT if they have actually advise Bulb about the compensation action?

@Raymacmk1 we’d received the compensation & it was credited on the 5th of September. It can take a little while longer as we’re not our own gas shipper - the regional gas transporter pays compensation to our shipper (Cadent), who then pay it onto us. We credit it to a member’s Bulb account as soon as we receive the payment from Cadent.
