I had a smart meter installation this afternoon booked with an arrival time 2pm till 6pm. At 5:30pm I received a call from Siemens saying they wouldn’t be attending today and rebooking the installation for a couple weeks time. Searching online other firms offer compensation for this, what does bulb offer?
£30 is the amount set by Ofgem.
Is this payment automatic or do I need to claim it?
