Compensation for late final bill

Can anyone advise? I left bulb on 5th November. Tomorrow will be 6 weeks since that date and so far no final bill. I understand that they have to produce bill within 6 weeks otherwise you get compensation.
Is this compensation automatic, do I have to claim it? Assuming it is not sorted by the end of tomorrow.

Thanks, part of my motivation was to prompt Bulb to actually send the final bill. Not sure if it had any impact but they did deliver the bill on last day of the 6 weeks. Actually first statement I have had in 4 months. Interestingly the link you attached suggests that there is no automatic compensation for late bills due to the fact it may not be their fault.
