Three months ago I lodged a complaint regarding non functioning smart meters and IHD.
Received an email saying that my complaint would remain open until the problem was resolved, which it hasn’t been.
Why do I receive emails every week saying as I’ve not contacted them recently and if I don’t contact them within the next three working days, they’ll close my complaint.
Every time I have received one of these emails I have replied telling them not to close my complaint and they have replied saying they’ll leave my complaint open.
