I must admit I am concerned about the costs of Bulb. When I signed up it was estimated cheaper than my other supplier but it seems my monthly payments don’t correspond to what I am using. My money out is way more than what my Direct Debit is and I’m barely using Gas now that the warmer months are here.
Hi there @savemore would you be able to pop us over some up to date meter readings so we can double check your usage? You will then be able to update your monthly payment amount while you are online by heading into your payment details section.
