Conflicting amounts on website and app

Hi just wondering why my balance is different on my account on the website and on my account on the app? The website says I owe less.

@fionashukie, if you’re looking on your payment date, I too noticed this irregularity.

I believe it’s something to do with how the different systems function, one using the actual account figure, and the other including pending payments.
My monthly payments leave my account about a day after I expect them to, but the website tells me I have paid right at the start of my “Payment Date”.

Note to both, we will stop including pending payments as part of the account balance (anywhere) by end of April. @“Sian at Bulb” is working on this issue.
