Hello,
I am a bit confused by my recent bills and I need some help understanding them.
A breakdown of my bills can be found below (including VAT):
March
Gas: £68.67
Electric: £124.67
April
Gas: £89.36
Electric: -£38.35
My March bill was significantly higher, putting my account in debit. I was anticipating a much higher bill for April, following the energy price increase, but I was pleasantly surprised to find I had only been charged around £50.
What I don’t understand is, why is my electric bill in negative? Have I overpaid in a previous month, and this is subtracting what Bulb owes me?
