Confused New Customer

I recently moved into a house that is supplied by Bulb, I tried setting up the account online but an error occurred, so I phoned up and was able to setup an account under my name for the property, however the person didn’t take my bank details for the monthly payments?? also had an email asking for a meter reading but each time i click the hyperlink it send me to this forum?
and lastly the App isn’t working for my Android, has been saying ‘We’re doing some maintenance’ for 3 months?
Any help would be appreciated

I can see that your account wasn’t set up correctly however I have now fixed this and sent an email to complete the Bulb account set up.
